SDCC

Alright, here we go. Last night was Preview night, it's usually the most fun night of the actual show, because it's not packed to the brim with people, and you can actually get away from the table and get some business done. I'll try to post pictures of all of today's signings etc. So keep your eye's peeled.

Oh, and I'm in so much pain, I can barely stand.

Score.

Waiting

I'm sitting in a selfst place waitng on my manger. He's running nearly 30 minutes late. So,I get to actually relax for what feels like the first time in weeks. Prepping for the show has been Herculean task, especially considering I'm flat fucking broke and desperately need a job. Happy days.

Imagine a compelling combination of Shirley Jackson's "The Lottery" and Stephen King's "The Body," with a healthy dose of M. Night Shyamalan's The Village, and you'll have a good idea of the overall tone of Elk's Run, the critically acclaimed mini-series from Hoarse & Buggy that you're most likely, and unfortunately, not currently reading. Then, imagine the resultant story being told from multiple viewpoints, Rashomon-style, and you'll realize that you're missing out on one of the, if not THE, sleeper hit of the year.
