 In honor of the Holiday, I made some of my from scratch turkey chili for a visit from my mother-in-law.   I make it thusly:
Ingredients:
2 lbs of Turkey
2 onions
2 green peppers
1 red peppers
2 fresh tomatoes
1/2 clove of garlic
2 cans of diced jalapeno peppers
1 large can of tomato sauce
2 cans of diced tomatos
1 can of pinto beans (or pintoito if you can find them)
Cayenne Pepper
Chili Powder
Salt
2 limes
Beer, as desired.
